Teaching Philosophy Style

I believe in empowering my student to be able to feel they are buying into the goals and systems for behavior that I have put into place. I also want them to feel they are part of the group and be welcoming to new students and be able to assist them in the adjustments they need to make to be successful. By trusting them and believing in them I feel they can accomplish great things.
